To go with the 18th Century Princess dress. I'm making that dress is the later style so rather then panniers I needed a good sized bum pad to really get the silhouette.
This was made from sheer guess work and spare materials nothing to really be impressed with but it does do the right shape under the petticoat and dress which is all that matters :)
